The ice cream here is out of this world. The parlour seems to operate on a customer centric ideal (‘if your lolly has broken in storage, I’ll bring another over - the beautiful staff stating so IN ADVANCE effortlessly unaware of how rare this high standard is to a Londonder such as I). Both the excellence in staff, attitude, pleasurable wallet recompense is only tempered by the ‘empty calories’ my Dr tell me in this divine, swift, faultless experience. However I would remind him him the calories are not empty as I wouldn’t contemplate taking my family elsewhere; I do not think they need settle. A bit of well laid out (outside and inside areas) heaven of indulgence in such smothering heat and taxing economics ; they didn’t ask me to return , they don’t need too. There is unspoken allegiance to crafted pleasure to be found in this undervalued temperate pit stop. Can’t wait to explore it all with friends and family. TJC Update : the manager is both lovely and has an excellent attitude to others. I sincerely hope she continues to do well, her beautiful parlour reflects her lovely attitude. Customers are all treated to a refreshing professionalism as well as a lovely ice cream! I felt the need to mark my time there with a positive card, which is highly unusual of me. I hope this business continues to grow in strength, it is simply so well run I find myself writing lots! Even though I find myself bumbling in person haha, great place. Nothing negative I could add in the slightest. Deffo one for the kids , and maybe I’ll comfort eat there after my divorce (jk!) 🤣 Sorry to add more : it must be said this business show be an inspiration to others.
